Refund policy

Original Painting Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your original painting, please contact jessicafergusonart@gmail.com within three days of receiving it. Returns are accepted when the artwork is: in perfect condition (exactly as received) and in its original packaging (protected for return shipping). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that I have received it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within three business days.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method.

Print Returns

Prints/reproductions are non-refundable/non-returnable. If you receive a print and it is damaged or in some way altered, please email jessicafergusonart@gmail.com immediately.
